1:1 Instructors for ABA based Classrooms

Under the supervision of a lead special education teacher and a behavior analyst, instructors will be responsible for implementing education programs, teaching daily life skills, shadowing students in small group settings, and facilitating social interactions with peers and in the community.

Qualified candidates will possess:
-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, speech or related field
-Reliable transportation
-Experience work with children
-Experience in working with children with autism or in the field of ABA is preferred
-References
-Full-time/year-round school

Full Time Occupational Therapist

Chicago Education Project is looking to hire a full-time occupational therapist for our ABA-based autism classrooms.

Qualified candidates will possess:
-Occupational Therapy license in the state of Illinois
-A type 73 certification is desired
-Experience in serving special needs children in a school setting is desired

Responsibilities include:
-Collect and record data on therapy programs
-Monitor therapy programs and provide reports at IEP meetings
-Develop and adhere to a daily schedule
-Work cooperatively and communicate appropriately with teaching and support staff
-School day hours: 8:30-3:30
